Privacy policy

Plain-language summary of how AnoCal handles your information.

What we store

  • Your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
  • The events, tasks, progress values and reminders you create.
  • Your settings: time zone, holiday region and, if you add one, your mobile number for text reminders.

How we use it

Only to run your calendar: showing your schedule, rolling over unfinished tasks and delivering the reminders you ask for. We don’t sell your information or show it to other members.

Text messages

We only send text reminders when you add a mobile number and switch text reminders on in Settings. Turn them off at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are delivered through a third-party SMS provider, which receives your number and the reminder text.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual events and tasks at any time. To close your account and remove all of your data, email info@anocal.com.
